Management
A Tutorial Officer can enable Non-Supervision Reports in CamCORS:
- Go to Settings > College Preferences
- Click on Edit
- Set ‘Supervisors can create Non-supervision Reports’ to ‘Yes’
- Click on Save
A Tutorial Officer can enable General Claims in CamCORS:
- Go to Settings > College Preferences
- Click on Edit
- Set ‘Supervisors can create General Claims’ to ‘Yes’
- Click on Save
A Tutorial Officer can add or update the URL advertised within CamCORS:
- Go to Settings > College Preferences
- Check the Supervisions URL is valid and update if not
- Update the webpage if necessary (contact your IT office if you need help with this)
A Tutorial Officer and Senior Tutor can check if any Supervision Reports have been created for their Students by Supervisors who have not declared themselves to be trained.
On the Management > Supervisor Training page you can filter on Academic Post and trained/not trained.
The data can be downloaded to a CSV file which will contain the supervisors email addresses.
A Tutorial Officer and Senior Tutor can check how many hours their postgraduate students have spent giving supervisions.
On the Management > Postgraduate Supervisors page you can filter on Academic Year and view hours for each Term.
The data can be downloaded to a CSV file.
A Tutorial Officer can download a zip folder of files for their Students.
On the Management > Student Files page filter on the Academic Year, Term and Report Type. Individual Students can be selected too.
Students are only shown if there are Reports to download.
A Tutorial Officer and Senior Tutor can get reports detailing costs by Director of Studies or by Tripos Part. These reports are available under Management > Supervision Costs by DoS and Management > Supervision Costs by Tripos Part.
There are also statistics on costs available under Management > Statistics, by selecting the Supervision Costs report.
Statistics are available to Tutorial Officers and Senior Tutors. Under Management > Statistics the following reports are available:
- Student Hours
- Supervisor Hours
- Supervision Costs
- Academic Posts
- Group Sizes
